Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original Swarovski packaging and blue box, ensuring they are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
